TV Red Plus Plan not activated

Hello,

 

I have activated TV Red Plus. However, I am not able to access most of the channels (For e.g. Gulli).

I tried the SFR Customer service but since I don't speak French I could not tell them my issue.

 

Can someone please help me.

Sorry for your TV problem.

 

You're here with others customers helping each other, we have no access to your account and therefore it's impossible for us to solve the problem, we can just give you advices. 

 

Have you tried to reset your TV decoder? 

 

I tried the SFR Customer service

 

As a RED customer, SFR won't answer you, even if you can find someone speaking English.

 

You have to contact RED customer service, but I'm afraid no one speaks English, this service is in French :
